We agree visit dates with you and provide a detailed schedule that incorporates site specific security, safety and operational requirements. It is our attention to detail with every aspect of maintaining air condition systems that not only ensures your valuable equipment operates optimally, but lasts longer too.


To make life easier, we offer a ‘single-point-of-contact’ approach, with packaged maintenance agreements that cover the full range of services, from air conditioning, heating and electrical systems to integrated fire and security systems. One call gets it all.

We have been successfully providing this type of package for many years, particularly for network carrier sites, data centres and hosting service providers. Our experienced contract managers ensure all service and repair operations are co-ordinated, providing the vital link between different service providers and engineering disciplines.


For clients requiring 24 hour service cover, we operate a dedicated emergency call system, from a service centre manned 24 hours a day; no answer machines or calls unanswered. We have engineers on call, ready to cope with any emergency and agreements in place with strategic supply partners to provide materials or services immediately, including generators and chillers.


For mission critical applications we can provide remote monitoring of chillers, generators, UPS etc., with automatic notification, by your chosen method, to alert you of any errors or faults. Our monitoring systems are competitively priced and offer standard contact monitoring and/or MODBUS connectivity to plant and metering equipment.
